# How to Sync Shopify Segments with Mercuri CX

1. Go to the **Contacts section** in your Mercuri CX dashboard.
2. In the Contacts dashboard, click on **Contact List**. In the Contact list, you’ll see a button labeled **Sync Shopify Segments**.
3. Click this button to start syncing your Shopify segments with Mercuri CX.
4. The sync process will take about 5–10 minutes to complete.

While Shopify updates segment lists in real time, Mercuri CX refreshes these lists every **24 hours**. If you want to update the list before the 24-hour cycle, simply click Sync Shopify Segments again.
