# How to Enable Notifications for Mercuri CX ?

**For Android Mobile :**&#x20;

1. **Open** [client.mercuri.cx/auth/signin](https://client.mercuri.cx/auth/signin) on your mobile web browser and **log in** to your account.
2. Tap the **browser menu icon (two lines)** at the top of the screen.
3. Select **Permissions** from the menu.
4. Under Permissions, tap **Notifications**.
5. **Toggle on** the option **“Show notifications”** to enable them.

Once enabled, you’ll start receiving real-time updates and alerts from Mercuri CX directly on your mobile device.

**For Windows: Chrome browser**

1. **Log in** to your Mercuri account on your Chrome web browser.
2. Click the **browser menu icon (two lines)** near the address bar.
3. From the menu, select **Site settings**; this will open a new tab.
4. Under **Privacy and security**, find and click on **Notifications**.
5. In the dropdown menu, select **Allow** to enable notifications.
6. Return to your **Mercuri account tab** and **refresh the page** to apply the changes.

Once done, you’ll start receiving notifications from Mercuri CX directly on your Windows laptop.

**For Windows: Microsoft Edge**

1. Open Microsoft Edge and log in to your Mercuri account.
2. Click on the **lock symbol** located next to the address bar.
3. In the dropdown that appears, click on **“Permissions for this site.”**
4. A new tab, "**Settings",** will open showing site permissions. Under **Privacy, search, and services** section, locate **Notifications**, click the dropdown next to it, and select **Allow**.
5. Return to your **Mercuri account tab** and **refresh the page** to apply the changes.
