What are Automations?

Automation means setting up messages that are automatically triggered when a customer takes a specific action on your website.

For example, when a customer places an order, an automated message is instantly sent to confirm their purchase, eliminating the need to send each message manually.

Steps to Set Up Automated Message

Follow the instructions below if you have already set up the WhatsApp and SMS templates.

1. Go to the Automation section in the dashboard.

2. Click on Create Automation.

3. Choose the required automation type from the list and click on Create Automation.

1. Next, select the preferred communication channel — WhatsApp, SMS, or both , for delivering the automated message.

2. Choose a pre-approved template for each selected channel (you can add multiple templates to one automation).
