#### Step 2: Add Mercuri Bot to channel

1. After creating the channel, click on the **“Add Bot”** button.
2. This step will connect the `mercuri-backup-bot` to your newly created Teams channel.
3. Once the bot is active, it will start backing up all incoming messages automatically.

#### Step 3: Send a Test Message

1. Click on **Send Text Message.** You will be directed to the **Conversations inbox** in your Mercuri dashboard.
2. Send a test message like:\
\&#xNAN;**“This is a test message for the Mercuri backup channel.”**
3. Switch back to Microsoft Teams and open the backup channel under **Chat**.
4. If you see the test message appear, it means your setup is working perfectly!
