DLP in Pipedrive: Viewing Message Logs
Mercuri CX ensures Data Loss Prevention (DLP) by maintaining message logs for every contact, directly within Pipedrive. This provides a transparent record of all communications for compliance and context.
Accessing Logs:
Navigate to either the Deals page or the Contacts page.
Select the contact whose communication history you want to review.
View Conversation History:
The complete log of messages, along with timestamps, will be displayed. Includes both WhatsApp and SMS communications.
Why It Matters:
Supports compliance with record-keeping policies.
Helps sales teams maintain context before reaching out.
Provides smooth handovers between team members by showing the full history.
