# DLP in Pipedrive: Viewing Message Logs

Mercuri CX ensures Data Loss Prevention (DLP) by maintaining message logs for every contact, directly within Pipedrive. This provides a transparent record of all communications for compliance and context.

1. **Accessing Logs:**

* Navigate to either the Deals page or the Contacts page.
* Select the contact whose communication history you want to review.

2. **View Conversation History**:&#x20;

* The complete log of messages, along with timestamps, will be displayed. Includes both WhatsApp and SMS communications.

3. **Why It Matters:**&#x20;

* Supports compliance with record-keeping policies.&#x20;
