DLP in Pipedrive: Viewing Message Logs

Mercuri CX ensures Data Loss Prevention (DLP) by maintaining message logs for every contact, directly within Pipedrive. This provides a transparent record of all communications for compliance and context.

1. Accessing Logs:

• Navigate to either the Deals page or the Contacts page.

• Select the contact whose communication history you want to review.

• The complete log of messages, along with timestamps, will be displayed. Includes both WhatsApp and SMS communications.
