# Cómo sincronizar segmentos de Shopify con Mercuri CX

1. Ve a la **Contacts section** en tu panel de control de Mercuri CX.
2. En el panel de **Contacts**, haz clic en **Contact List**. En la lista de contactos, verás un botón etiquetado como **Sync Shopify Segments**.
3. Haz clic en este botón para comenzar a sincronizar tus segmentos de Shopify con Mercuri CX.
4. El proceso de sincronización tardará aproximadamente de 5 a 10 minutos en completarse.

Aunque Shopify actualiza las listas de segmentos en tiempo real, Mercuri CX actualiza estas listas cada **24 horas**.\
Si deseas actualizar la lista antes del ciclo de 24 horas, simplemente haz clic nuevamente en **Sync Shopify Segments**.
