### Agregar Etiquetas / Labels a los contactos

Agregar **Tags a los contactos** te ayuda a organizar, filtrar y dirigirte a grupos específicos de usuarios de forma más eficiente. A continuación se presentan los pasos para agregar tags a los contactos:

1. Ve a la sección de **Contacts** en el panel de control de **Mercuri CX** y selecciona el contacto deseado.
2. Aparecerá un panel lateral en el lado derecho.
3. En el panel lateral, haz clic en el **icono de más (+)** junto a la sección **Tags**.
4. Ingresa las etiquetas relevantes (por ejemplo, *Schedule a meeting*, *Send details*) y presiona Enter para guardarlas.

*Estas tags se pueden usar posteriormente para segmentar contactos y enviar mensajes dirigidos fácilmente.*
