# SMS Template

Las plantillas de SMS en Mercuri CX te permiten enviar mensajes consistentes, profesionales y personalizados a tus clientes con facilidad.

Al crear una plantilla, puedes:

1. **Usar Variables Dinámicas** – Personaliza los mensajes incluyendo campos como el nombre del cliente, el ID de pedido o la hora de la cita.

**`Por ejemplo:`**` `` ``“Hola {{customer_name}}, tu pedido {{order_id}} ha sido enviado.” `

2. **Agregar Archivos Adjuntos de Medios** – Mejora tu SMS adjuntando hasta 5 archivos, incluyendo imágenes, videos o documentos (máx. 10MB cada uno). Esto hace que tus mensajes sean más atractivos e informativos, como enviar imágenes de productos, facturas o folletos promocionales.
