# Como Sincronizar Segmentos do Shopify com o Mercuri CX

1. Vá para a **Contacts section** no seu painel do Mercuri CX.
2. No painel de **Contacts**, clique em **Contact List**. Na **Contact List**, você verá um botão chamado **Sync Shopify Segments**.
3. Clique neste botão para iniciar a sincronização dos seus segmentos do Shopify com o Mercuri CX.
4. O processo de sincronização levará cerca de 5–10 minutos para ser concluído.

Embora o Shopify atualize as listas de segmentos em tempo real, o Mercuri CX atualiza essas listas a cada **24 horas**. Se você quiser atualizar a lista antes do ciclo de 24 horas, basta clicar novamente em **Sync Shopify Segments**.
