# Como Alternar Entre Agentes de IA e Humanos

O Mercuri CX permite alternar facilmente entre respostas geradas por IA e agentes humanos com um único clique.

Isso garante um gerenciamento fluido das conversas: a IA lida com consultas rotineiras, enquanto questões complexas são imediatamente transferidas para um agente humano.

**Passos :**

1. Abra a conversa na sua Mercuri CX Inbox.
2. No canto superior direito da janela de chat, você verá o **AI toggle switch**.
3. Clique no switch para alternar de **AI → Human agent**.
4. Uma vez alternado, o agente começará imediatamente a gerenciar a conversa.
