#### Acessar a Ferramenta de Campanhas de Marketing

1. **Log in** no [Mercuri](https://mercuri.cx).
2. Navegue até a seção **Marketing** no painel.
3. Clique em **Create Campaign**.

1. **Audience:**
   1. Escolha seu **target segment** a partir de listas salvas.

   3. Selecione contatos existentes da sua **Mercuri contact list**.
2. **Content**
   1. Selecione **SMS** ou **WhatsApp** com base no canal de comunicação preferido da sua empresa.
   2. **SMS Marketing:** Ideal para **promoções rápidas, lembretes e ofertas**.
   3. **WhatsApp Marketing:** Requer **pre-approved message templates** para mensagens enviadas.
   4. **Create Your Message**
      1. **For SMS:**

         1. Escreva uma **mensagem curta e envolvente (free-form message)** ou selecione o modelo da lista.
         2. Personalize-a com placeholders (ex.: `{{name}}`).
         3. Mantenha-a **com menos de 160 caracteres** para evitar custos extras.

         **Exemplo:**

         > "Hi {{name}}, enjoy 20% off your next purchase at \[Your Brand]! Use code SAVE20. Shop now: \[link] Reply STOP to opt out."
      2. **For WhatsApp:**

         1. Selecione um **pre-approved template** ou crie um **new template**. Guide to create WhatsApp template.
         2. Preencha os placeholders obrigatórios.
         3. Adicione **interactive buttons** para respostas rápidas ou links de site.

         **Example Template:**

         > "Hi {{name}}, we have an exclusive offer just for you! Get 20% off your next purchase. Tap below to claim: \[button: Shop Now]."
3. **Schedule:**
   1. Clique em **Send immediately** para lançar instantaneamente.
   2. Ou selecione **Schedule for Later** para enviar a campanha em uma data e hora específicas.
4. **Overview:**
   1. Revise os detalhes da campanha e visualize sua mensagem antes de enviar.
   2. Clique em **Send campaign.**
