Connect WhatsApp

• Sign Up with Meta:

  • In the Mercuri app, go to the Integration Settings.

  • Click on Connect WhatsApp to begin the setup.

• Verify Your WhatsApp Business Account:

  • You will need to have a verified WhatsApp Business account to use this feature.

  • If you do not have an account, visit the WhatsApp Business website to sign up and follow their instructions for verification.

• Link Your WhatsApp Business Account:

  • Once your WhatsApp Business account is verified, return to the Mercuri app.

  • Follow the prompts to link your verified WhatsApp Business account with Mercuri.

  • You will be asked to enter the necessary credentials and provide authorization to complete the connection.
