Install the Mercuri in Pipedrive

Log in to Pipedrive

• Open Your Web Browser:

  • Start by opening your preferred web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari).

• Navigate to Pipedrive:

  • Go to the Pipedrive website by entering pipedrive.com in the address bar.

• Log in to Your Account:

  • On the Pipedrive homepage, click the Log in button located at the top right corner of the screen.

  • Enter your email and password associated with your Pipedrive account, then click Sign in.

  • If you use Single Sign-On (SSO) or have linked your account with Google or another service, click the corresponding option to log in.

Access the Pipedrive Marketplace

• Open the Main Menu:

  • After logging in, you'll be taken to your Pipedrive dashboard.

  • Look for the main navigation menu, typically located on the left side of the screen.

• Navigate to Apps & Integrations:

  • In the main menu, scroll down and click on the Apps & Integrations option. This will take you to the Pipedrive Marketplace where you can find and install third-party apps that integrate with Pipedrive.

• Search for Mercuri:

  • Once you're in the Marketplace, you’ll see a search bar at the top.

  • Type "Mercuri" into the search bar and press Enter.

  • This will bring up the search results related to Mercuri’s integration with Pipedrive.

Install the Mercuri App

• Select the Mercuri SMS and WhatsApp App:

  • In the search results, locate the Mercuri SMS and WhatsApp app. It should appear as a dedicated app card with the Mercuri logo and a brief description of its functionality.

  • Click on the Mercuri app card to open the detailed app page.

• Review the App Details:

  • On the app’s detail page, you’ll find an overview of the features, screenshots, and user reviews. Take a moment to review this information to understand how the app will integrate with your Pipedrive workflow.

• Install the App:

  • After reviewing the details, click the Install button, usually located at the top right corner of the app page.

  • A pop-up window will appear asking for confirmation and showing the permissions the app will need to function properly.

• Grant Necessary Permissions:

  • Review the requested permissions, which may include access to your contacts, communication channels, and other relevant data within Pipedrive.

  • If you agree, click Allow or Grant Access to proceed with the installation.

• Complete the Installation Process:

  • Pipedrive will take a few moments to install the Mercuri app. Once installed, you’ll be redirected to a setup page where you can begin configuring Mercuri to work with your Pipedrive account.

  • A confirmation message will appear, indicating that the installation was successful.
