How to send SMS and WhatsApp Marketing Campaigns from Microsoft Teams?

Open Microsoft Teams:
Launch Microsoft Teams on your desktop or in your web browser.
Navigate to the Mercuri App:
Go to the left-hand sidebar and click on the Mercuri SMS and WhatsApp tab.
Start a New Campaign:
In the Mercuri app, click on Campaigns from the sidebar or main menu.
Click on the Create New Campaign button to begin setting up your campaign.
Select Campaign Type:
Choose whether you want to create an SMS or WhatsApp campaign based on your target audience and message content.
Enter Campaign Details:
Provide a name for your campaign and, if applicable, a brief description.
Compose Your Message:
In the message composition area, type the content of your SMS or WhatsApp message.
If you’re using WhatsApp, ensure your message complies with WhatsApp’s guidelines for promotional content.
Use Templates (Optional):
Click on the Templates button to select from pre-configured message templates.
Choose a template that fits your campaign goals and modify it as needed.
Select Recipients:
Choose the list of contacts or segments you want to target for your campaign.
You can import contact lists or select from existing groups within Mercuri.
Set Campaign Parameters:
Configure any additional settings such as sending time, frequency, and personalization options.
Preview Your Campaign:
Review your message content and recipient list to ensure accuracy.
Use the Preview feature to see how your message will appear to recipients.
Confirm and Schedule:
Once you’re satisfied with the setup, click on Confirm to finalize your campaign details.
Choose to either Send Now or Schedule your campaign for a later time.
Track Campaign Performance:
After sending, monitor the performance of your campaign through the Mercuri app.
Check metrics such as delivery rates, open rates, and responses.
Respond to Interactions:
Manage replies and interactions from recipients directly within the Mercuri inbox in Microsoft Teams.
Use the tools provided to respond to inquiries, track feedback, and adjust your strategy as needed.
Analyze Results:
Review detailed reports and analytics to evaluate the success of your campaign.
Use this data to refine future campaigns and improve your overall messaging strategy.
