Set Up Notification Templates

• Access the Templates Section:

  • Navigate to the Templates section within the Mercuri app.

• Create and Manage Templates:

  • In the Templates section, you can create new SMS and WhatsApp message templates, edit existing ones, and manage your template library.

  • To create a new template, click on Add New Template, enter the content, and save it.

  • Use these templates for automated notifications, customer follow-ups, and other communications.

• Apply Templates:

  • When composing messages or setting up automated workflows, select the appropriate template from your library to streamline your communication process.
