Two-way Conversations

How to have a two way conversation via SMS or WhatsApp on Mercuri

Locate the Mercuri Tab:

• In Microsoft Teams, navigate to the left-hand sidebar where you’ll find various tabs and channels.

• Click on the Mercuri SMS and WhatsApp tab to open the app interface.

Start a New Conversation:

• To begin a new SMS or WhatsApp conversation, go to the Mercuri tab or bot interface.

• Click on New Conversation or the Compose button.

• Select the contact you wish to communicate with from your contact list.

• Choose the appropriate communication channel—SMS or WhatsApp—depending on the contact's preference and your setup.
