How to have a two way conversation via SMS or WhatsApp on Mercuri

Locate the Mercuri Tab:
In Microsoft Teams, navigate to the left-hand sidebar where you’ll find various tabs and channels.
Click on the Mercuri SMS and WhatsApp tab to open the app interface.
Start a New Conversation:
To begin a new SMS or WhatsApp conversation, go to the Mercuri tab or bot interface.
Click on New Conversation or the Compose button.
Select the contact you wish to communicate with from your contact list.
Choose the appropriate communication channel—SMS or WhatsApp—depending on the contact's preference and your setup.
