How to use Mercuri?

Mercuri integrates with Microsoft Teams, Outlook and 365 enabling businesses to manage SMS and WhatsApp conversations directly from the Teams interface.

Starting Conversations

You can start one-on-one conversations with leads and customers directly within Teams.

How to Start a Conversation:

  1. Open Conversations from the left panel.

  2. Click New Conversation.

  3. Select the recipient’s phone number.

  4. Choose the communication channel (SMS or WhatsApp).

  5. Type your message and click Send.

Sending Marketing Campaigns

Mercuri allows you to send bulk SMS and WhatsApp campaigns from Microsoft Teams.

How to Send a Marketing Campaign:

  1. Navigate to Marketing > Campaigns.

  2. Click Create New Campaign.

  3. Select a Contact List.

  4. Compose your message or select a WhatsApp template.

  5. Click Send Now or schedule for later.
