# How to use Mercuri?

#### Starting Conversations

You can start one-on-one conversations with leads and customers directly within Teams.

**How to Start a Conversation:**

1. Open **Conversations** from the left panel.
2. Click **New Conversation**.
3. Select the **recipient’s phone number**.
4. Choose the communication channel (**SMS or WhatsApp**).
5. Type your message and click **Send**.

#### Sending Marketing Campaigns

Mercuri allows you to send bulk **SMS and WhatsApp campaigns** from Microsoft Teams.

**How to Send a Marketing Campaign:**

1. Navigate to **Marketing > Campaigns**.
2. Click **Create New Campaign**.
3. Select a **Contact List**.
4. Compose your message or select a WhatsApp template.
5. Click **Send Now** or schedule for later.
