### Creating Contact Lists / Contact Segments

1. To create a contact segment, you can manually select the contacts you want to group together or use the filters on the right side of the screen to select customers based on specific **labels and statuses.**
2. Once you've selected the desired contacts, a **Create Contact List** button will appear on the right. Click on this button.
3. Enter a name for your new segment in the **List Name** field, then click **"Create List."**
4. You can view all your saved segments in the **Contact Lists** section.

### Creating Contact Lists  Using Filter

* Navigate to the **Contacts** tab in your Mercuri CX dashboard.
* Use the **"All Labels"** dropdown to filter contacts based on a specific tag or label.This helps narrow down the contacts you want to group into a list.
* Check the boxes next to the contacts you want to include in the list.
* **Click on “Create Contact List”**
* Once contacts are selected, the **“Create Contact List”** button will appear on the right-hand side. Click it.
* Give your contact list a relevant name (e.g., "New Customers - June Campaign").
* Click **Create** to save the list.

**Note:** If you plan to send WhatsApp marketing messages, make sure to create customer lists based on your WhatsApp messaging limits. This ensures your campaigns run smoothly without hitting daily restrictions.
