How to Create Catalog Message Templates on Mercuri
Log in to your Mercuri account
Go to Templates → WhatsApp from the left-side panel
Click on the Interactive Templates tab
Select Create Interactive Template
Template Name: Enter a short and descriptive template name,
product_catalog_browseInteractive Message Type: From the dropdown, select Catalog Message
Body Section: Add your message content under the Body section. This text appears above the catalog.
Example:
Hi there! 👋 Browse our product catalog and discover our best sellers.
Footer Section (Optional): Add a short footer message to highlight offers or urgency.
Action Section: Configure the catalog action for this message.
Thumbnail Product Retailer ID: Enter the Retailer ID (SKU) of a product from your WhatsApp catalog. This product will be shown as the thumbnail preview for the catalog message.
Review all details and click Create Template.
