1. Log in to your **Mercuri account**
2. Go to **Templates → WhatsApp** from the left-side panel
3. Click on the **Interactive Templates** tab
4. Select **Create Interactive Template**
5. **Template Name:** Enter a short and descriptive template name,\
   `product_catalog_browse`
6. **Interactive Message Type:** From the dropdown, select **Catalog Message**
7. **Body Section:** Add your message content under the **Body** section. This text appears above the catalog.

**Example:**

8. **Footer Section (Optional):** Add a short footer message to highlight offers or urgency.
9. **Action Section:** Configure the catalog action for this message.
10. **Thumbnail Product Retailer ID:** Enter the **Retailer ID (SKU)** of a product from your WhatsApp catalog.\
    This product will be shown as the **thumbnail preview** for the catalog message.
