Configure Mercuri in Pipedrive

Log in to Mercuri:

• After installation, you will be prompted to log in to the Mercuri app. Use your Mercuri credentials to log in. If you don’t have an account, you can sign up directly from the Pipedrive interface.

Connect WhatsApp and SMS Channels:

• For WhatsApp:

  • Go to the Integration Settings within Mercuri.

  • Select Connect WhatsApp and follow the prompts to link your verified WhatsApp Business account. Ensure your WhatsApp Business account is verified with Meta.

• For SMS:

  • Choose Connect SMS and follow the instructions to connect your SMS provider. If you’re setting up SMS for the first time, you’ll need to create a Toll-Free Number (TFN) account. Mercuri will assist in submitting the necessary documentation to regulatory authorities for approval.
