Restaurant Order Fulfilled Template
This section covers use cases of automated messages when an order is marked as fulfilled , either ready for pickup or handed over to the delivery partner.
Use case : Final Order Completion Notification

When an order is fulfilled:
The customer should be notified immediately
It may include status (ready for pickup/delivery)
Additional info, like time or address, can be appended if needed
Steps involved in setting up an Automated Workflow
B. Adding the WhatsApp /SMS template to the Automated workflow
Go to the Automation section in the dashboard.
Click on Create Automation.
Choose the automation type as
Order Fulfilledfrom the list.Select the preferred communication channel as WhatsApp / SMS, for delivering the automated message.
Choose the approved
restaurant_order_fulfilledtemplate that we created in earlier steps.
