How to Toggle Between AI and Human Agents

Mercuri CX allows you to seamlessly toggle between AI-powered responses and human agents with a single click.

This ensures smooth handling of conversations, AI manages routine queries, while complex ones are handed to a human agent instantly.

Steps :

  1. Open the conversation in your Mercuri CX Inbox.

  2. On the top-right of the chat window, you’ll see the AI toggle switch.

  3. Click the switch to move from AI → Human agent or Human agent → AI.

  4. Once switched, the chosen agent (AI or human) will immediately start handling the conversation.
